Jeanie Dean – Director

Committed to and has a wealth of expertise in Child Protection, Safeguarding, Government Investigation, Investigative Interviewing and Institutional Child Safety Risk Assessment.

A specialist in Child Protection, Safeguarding Practice and Professional Practice Crisis Intervention, Jeanie has worked and volunteered across the not for profit and statutory sectors nationally and internationally for 13 years.

Jeanie’s forensic, therapeutic and statutory experience includes organisational management and risk assessment, intervention and case management of children, families and offenders particularly complex and high-risk sex offenders.

Passionate about building safer environments for children and young people, Jeanie is focused on enhancing volunteer and corporate business understanding of Child Safety Compliance and how this links to broader enterprise compliance and organisational leadership.

Katherine Robertson – Workplace Mediation & ICAM Investigator

Professional Member of the Resolution Institute

Working in the field for 15 years, Katherine is a qualified  Dispute Resolution Practitioner registered with the Attorney General’s Department, passionate about workplace culture, Katherine works closely with executive leaders in understanding workplace behaviour and how this impacts leaders and decision making driving change through workplace mediation and  restorative group conferencing at a leadership and executive level.

Dennis J Clark

Dennis graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1975. He holds a Degree in Economics, a Diploma of Education and a Company Directors Diploma. He brings with him nearly 40 years’ experience in the workplace as an academic, teacher, auditor, accountant, finance director, chief financial officer, consultant, project risk manager, company secretary and company director.

Dennis is acknowledged as an expert in project risk management, including working on the NSW $3 billion Waratah Train Project.  He has advised clients on financial management, internal auditing, company secretarial, corporate governance, strategy, compliance, WHS and risk management issues.

Dennis has provided services to a wide range of public and private sector clients, including major consulting firms HLB Mann Judd, Accenture and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and has also filled interim executive positions. Dennis was under contract as Head of the Law and Business School and also Risk Consultant to Charles Darwin University in the Northern Territory.

Dennis is the Chairperson of Community Housing (VIC) Ltd, was the Independent Member of the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Border Protection Audit Committee, was a past member of the Druids Friendly Society Board and of the Ostara Australia Board. He also holds a number of company secretary, audit/risk committee and advisory board positions, including on the Victorian Ombudsman Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Dennis is an acknowledged speaker on the circuit and a regular presenter at national and international workshops/conferences on finance, governance, risk, audit and procurement. He is an experienced trainer with a teaching qualification and a sound academic background.
